Static Environment Background Package➢ Prices would be starting from 250 USD and may increase, depending on the level of detail, difficulty of the scene and the nature of the project.➢One backgrounds in PNG format with 2k resolution➢For an additional background of the same scene but at a different angle, an additional 60 USD would be charged; resolution will be in 2560 x 1440 resolution (2k).➢ Day / Night Cycle variation, an additional 60 USD will be charged. For 4k resolution, an additional 40 USD would be charged

Environment Animations package➢ 1 High quality environment animation of the created environment in Mp4 format, 24fps with 1920 x 1080 resolution, 2 Shot with 10 seconds duration only.➢ 1 High quality environment animation of the created environment in PNG format with 2560 x 1440 resolution (2k)Environment Animation Package Details
➢Prices would be starting from 500 USD and may increase, depending on the level of detail, difficulty of the scene and the nature of the project.➢ Animation is can be extended with add-ons but the total maximum duration of the overall video is capped at 20 seconds.➢ Artwork will be added to my portfolio (with watermark)➢ Artwork will be shared to the public unless the client requests to delay it.Add-ons
➢ You can increase the animation duration by 5 seconds interval, max 2 times (10 extra seconds).➢ If you want to exceed the limit, discuss with the artist.Prices for each interval is an additional 50 USD. (Note: if you want an animation between the ranges Eg, 13 seconds, you will still be charged for the add-on extra 5 seconds).➢ Additional Shots (different camera angles) at priced at 20$ and does not add to the time duration of the video. The total amount of extra shots you can add are 2 shots. If you want to exceed the limit, discuss with the artist.Notes:
➢References for your desired scene must be clear (no blurry images) and preferably have a front and side view.➢ Please compile your references into a zip file when you submit them to the artist.
➢For Product animations and services outside the standard package (e.g., Maps for 3D games or animations), please contact the artist to discuss your specific requirements.

Updated: 13th November 2025TERMS OF SERVICEBy commissioning me, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully before proceeding.GENERALS➢ I retain the right to refuse any commission.
➢ All communication will take place via the following channels: Discord, email.
➢ The estimated turnaround time may vary based on the complexity of the project and my current workload. You will be informed of any delays.Payment StructureThe total commission price is billed in two parts:➢Stage 1 (Production)– 50%: Paid upfront and is only refundable if client cancels before any work begins.➢Stage 2 (Finalisation) –The final 50% payment must be made within 7 days of receiving the final preview or invoice. Delivery of the final render will occur only after full payment is received➢ Currents platform for payment: PaypalRevisions➢ Includes up to 3 rounds of minor revisions. Minor revisions refer to small adjustments to lighting, color, or camera angle. Major changes — such as scene composition, modeling, or layout — will incur additional fees.➢ No revisions will be accepted once the final render is completed.Refund Policy➢ A refund is only possible before Stage 1 work begins.
➢ If the artist cancel the project due to any unforeseen reasons, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.Termination of CommissionThe artist reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate a commission at any stage if the client engages in rude, hostile, or uncooperative behaviour, ignores communication boundaries, makes false accusations, defamatory statements, or takes any actions that harm the artist’s reputation or working environment. In addition, any inappropriate requests made by the client will also lead to termination.In the event that a commission is terminated:➢ Payments for any completed or ongoing stage at the time of termination will remain non-refundable, as they compensate for the work and time already invested.➢ The client will receive only the renders completed up to the point of cancellation.This clause is separate from cancellations made by the artist due to personal or unforeseen reasons, which are covered under the section in Refund Policy.Usage & Copyright➢ You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the commissioned artwork for personal use and monetised digital content (e.g., YouTube, Twitch). For commercial merchandising, that will be subjected to a fee.➢ Credit is not required for casual use, but is appreciated.You may not sell, redistribute, or merchandise the work unless a separate commercial license has been agreed upon in writing.➢ I reserve the right to post the artwork to my portfolio or social media unless we have agreed to keep the project private.➢ If your project requires confidentiality or an N.D.A, please notify me before payment.The commissioned work may not be used for:➢A.I training or dataset inclusion, this includes edited versions of the artwork Blockchain-related purposes, including but not limited to N.F.Ts, crypto tokens, or any form of minting.➢ Redistribution, resale, or sub-licensing, in any form or platform.
